Terms of use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Social Agenda. You accept them when you create an account, and by using the site. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
1. Who operates the service
Social Agenda is operated by Biglobster LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), registration number 3279115 (Entity ID 0008120949, New Mexico Secretary of State), with its address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at hola@biglobster.top. The full details are in the Legal notice.
2. The service
Social Agenda finds events with the help of AI and web search, and lets you keep them in a calendar, join them, invite friends, chat with the people going and get reminders. It is free. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you before removing anything you rely on where we reasonably can.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older, and you confirm it when you sign up.
- One account per person, with an email address that is yours.
- Keep your email and password safe: whoever can open your email can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Events found by AI
Most events are found and summarised automatically from pages and feeds that organisers, venues and ticket sellers publish, and translated into English. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong: dates change, events sell out or are cancelled, and AI makes mistakes. Check the details with the organiser before you go, travel or buy anything.
We do not organise events, sell tickets or act for organisers. Anything you buy, you buy from the organiser or its seller on their terms, and any claim about the event is against them. The event assistant in the chat answers from the event's information and can be wrong too.
5. Meeting people
Social Agenda helps you go to events with others, including people you have not met. Use the same care you would anywhere: meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe. We do not check users' identity or background.
6. Your content
The events, profile details and messages you add remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to the people who are allowed to see them under the settings you choose (see the Privacy policy), for as long as they are on the service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the right to post it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Social Agenda to:
- post or share anything unlawful, including content that infringes someone else's rights;
- harass, threaten, or incite hatred or violence against anyone;
- post sexual content, or anything that sexualises or endangers minors;
- share other people's personal data without their permission;
- impersonate someone, or mislead people about an event, its price or its organiser;
- send spam or advertising, or promote events or tickets that are fraudulent;
- probe, scan or test the service for weaknesses, get around its limits or its visibility settings, or interfere with how it works;
- overload it, send it automated requests in bulk, or copy its content by automated means.
If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us at hola@biglobster.top rather than testing it further.
8. Reporting illegal content
If you find an event, profile or message that you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, write to hola@biglobster.top with:
- the link to it;
- why you believe it is illegal or breaks these terms;
- your name and email address (not needed if you are reporting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children);
- a statement that you make the report in good faith and believe its contents are accurate and complete.
We review every report diligently and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict your content or suspend your account, we tell you which and why, unless the law prevents it, and you can reply to ask us to review that decision. Where content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, we inform the competent authorities.
9. Suspension and termination
We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or the law, in proportion to the breach and, except in urgent cases, after telling you. You can stop using Social Agenda and delete your account whenever you like.
10. Intellectual property
The software, design, texts, stickers and the game belong to the owner or to its licensors. You are welcome to use the site and play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Event information, names and images belong to their respective owners.
11. Availability
The service is provided as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance, by technical faults or for reasons outside our control, and it may be changed or closed. If we close it, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
12. Liability
The owner is liable for damage caused by its wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow it to exclude. Beyond that, and to the extent the law permits, the owner is not liable for the service being unavailable, for errors in event information found by AI or published by others, for events themselves or anything bought for them, for the conduct of other users, or for the content of pages run by others that it links to. The service is free; the owner's liability for its use is limited accordingly.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
13. Personal data
The Privacy policy and the Cookies policy describe what data the service processes and what it stores in your browser.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the law, the technology or the service changes. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account. The version in force is the one on this page, with its date at the top.
15. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
For any complaint, write to hola@biglobster.top. We answer within one month.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico (United States), where Biglobster LLC is organised, and its courts have jurisdiction. This clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you keep in full the rights your country's law gives you, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
If any clause is held to be invalid, the rest remain in force.
