1. Who operates this site

Social Agenda (socialagenda.biglobster.top) is operated by Biglobster LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). The details below are given in the terms of article 10 of Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), to the extent that it applies:

There is no office open to the public: the business operates entirely remotely.

2. What this site is

Social Agenda is a free service for adults (18 or older) that finds events with the help of AI and lets its users keep them in a calendar, join them, invite friends and talk about them. Anyone can create an account with an email address. Using the site is subject to the Terms of use.

3. Social Agenda does not organise events or sell tickets

Most events shown are published by third parties (organisers, venues, ticket sellers) and were found and summarised automatically. The owner does not organise them, does not sell or broker tickets and does not guarantee that the details shown are correct or current. Always check them with the organiser. Tickets are bought from the organiser or its seller, on that company's own conditions.

4. Contact point and reporting illegal content

hola@biglobster.top is the single point of contact for users and for the authorities of the EU Member States and the European Commission under articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). You can write to us in English or Spanish.

To report an event, profile or chat message that you consider illegal, write to that address with the link to it and an explanation of why. The Terms of use describe what to include and what happens next.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, texts, stickers and the animal game belong to the owner or to its licensors. You may view the site and play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing or adapting them needs the owner's permission, except where the law allows it without one, such as quotation with the source named. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Event descriptions, names, images and trademarks of organisers, venues and other third parties belong to their respective owners. They are shown to point people to the event, with a link to the source; no affiliation with or endorsement by those owners is implied. If you hold rights in something shown here and want it removed, write to hola@biglobster.top.

6. Liability

The owner tries to keep the site working and what it says correct, but does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. The site links to pages run by others; the owner does not control them and is not responsible for their content. Content posted by users is the responsibility of the user who posted it, without prejudice to the owner's duty to act on notices of illegal content.

7. Personal data and cookies

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy policy, and what the site stores in your browser in the Cookies policy.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by the law of the State of New Mexico (United States), where the owner is organised. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you keep those rights in full and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
